Who operates this site

StillPoint is identified in the site footer. For privacy requests related to this publication, contact privacy@stillpoint.example.

What this site is

Articles and layouts are informational. They do not collect accounts, passwords, health records, or payment details inside the static files shipped here.

Information the static bundle does not collect

As generated, pages do not run proprietary scripts that fingerprint devices, set marketing cookies, or phone home to analytics dashboards. If you paste third-party widgets (chat, maps, videos, tag managers) into templates later, those vendors may collect data under their own policies—you should disclose that separately.

Hosting, CDN, and server logs

Web servers and content networks routinely log technical data such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, browser type, and response codes. Retention and legal bases depend on your host. Review their data-processing agreement and publish their role (processor vs. controller) where required.

Cookies & similar technologies

Plain HTML navigation does not require cookies. If you enable HTTPS or a consent banner tool, document categories (strictly necessary vs. optional), retention, and how visitors withdraw consent.

Email and messages you send us

If someone writes to privacy@stillpoint.example or legal@stillpoint.example, we process that correspondence to respond and maintain ordinary business records. Do not send confidential medical information by email unless your clinician provides a secure channel.

External links

Guides may link to hospitals, societies, or retailers. Their privacy practices are independent—read their notices before submitting personal data.

Children

Wellness articles may be read by teens or caregivers, but the sites are not designed to solicit data from children. Parents and guardians should supervise device use and school-required disclosures.

Your rights & regional laws

Depending on where visitors live, they may have rights to access, rectify, delete, export, or restrict processing of personal data, and to lodge complaints with regulators. Operational reality varies with how little data a purely static site collects—still, document your workflow and respond promptly to valid requests.

Changes

We may revise this policy when hosting setups, embedded tools, or regulations change. Material updates warrant bumping the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, an on-site notice.
